Denise is an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner with 27+ years of healthcare experience. She has cared for patients with a wide range of conditions, including diabetes, hyperlipidemia, cardiovascular disease, cancer, lung disease, obesity, anxiety, and depression. Denise believes in working collaboratively with her patients which she describes as “the benefit of being a nurse practitioner – I’m a nurse first!”. One of her nursing passions is being an advocate for patients and families struggling to navigate the healthcare system.

Nancy Marable is the Office Manager and co-founder of PrimeNP. After more than 20 years as a Registered Dental Hygienist, she transitioned into medical aesthetics and wellness, launching PrimeNP in 2024 with her mother, Denise.

As the person behind the scenes, Nancy oversees scheduling, product logistics, customer communication, and financial operations—ensuring the practice runs smoothly and patients feel supported every step of the way.

Outside the office, Nancy enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and their four daughters. In the fall, you’ll find her cheering on the West Virginia Mountaineers.

Sheena is the Certified Aesthetic Nurse Injector of PrimeNP. With 14 years of extensive experience in the healthcare field, Sheena brings a unique blend of both expertise and artistry to her professional role as a Certified Aesthetic Nurse Injector (National Laser Institute, 2024). She is deeply passionate about assisting clients in achieving their individual skincare goals through carefully personalized treatments and a steadfast, results-driven approach.

Outside of work, Sheena stays busy raising two teenagers and supporting them as they pursue their own career aspirations.
