Denise is an experienced Family Nurse Practitioner with 27+ years of healthcare experience. She has cared for patients with a wide range of conditions, including diabetes, hyperlipidemia, cardiovascular disease, cancer, lung disease, obesity, anxiety, and depression. Denise believes in working collaboratively with her patients which she describes as “the benefit of being a nurse practitioner – I’m a nurse first!”. One of her nursing passions is being an advocate for patients and families struggling to navigate the healthcare system.

While she does have an office in Virginia Beach, if it is not convenient, she provides telehealth services safely and securely via Tebra and uses HIPPA-protected electronic health records.  Just as she combines her love of mountains and sea, she hopes to combine your health goals with reality.  If you're looking for a provider who will actively involve you in your care and help you achieve your health goals, Denise is the perfect choice.

Nancy Marable is the Office Manager and co-founder of PrimeNP. After more than 20 years as a Registered Dental Hygienist, she transitioned into medical aesthetics and wellness, launching PrimeNP in 2024 with her mother, Denise.

As the person behind the scenes, Nancy oversees scheduling, product logistics, customer communication, and financial operations—ensuring the practice runs smoothly and patients feel supported every step of the way.

Outside the office, Nancy enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and their four daughters. In the fall, you’ll find her cheering on the West Virginia Mountaineers.
